Elk Run Townhomes

The Elk Run Townhomes offer perfect accommodations for families and small groups! Located only two blocks from the Mountain Base area, these beautiful townhomes have open floorplans and all comforts of a home. The Elk Run is very convenient for all year round activities in the area; skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, yoga and so much more.

Each townhome features a one car garage and overflow parking spots are available. All townhomes have vaulted ceilings, gourmet kitchens, gas fireplace, private balcony and washer/dryer combo. During the winter months The Elk Run offers a complimentary shuttle service which caters to skiing, grocery stores and downtown to name a few areas.

After skiing or hiking, dip into one of the common area hot tubs to soothe your sore muscles!

Youth Sports Teams: Elk Run Townhomes has adopted a policy of not allowing sport teams and/or players to stay at their property. If you are visiting Steamboat for a youth sports tournament or event, such as Triple Crown, Mountain Soccer or Steamboat Classic Lacrosse, please choose another property. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Oversized Vehicles: Parking around the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort and our properties is always at a premium especially during the winter when city snow removal is an issue. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles such as recreational vehicles, trailers and boats. Vehicles of this kind at are not permitted at any of our rental properties and may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

Limited Parking: One parking spot is included with each reservation. Overflow parking is available on a limited, first come first serve basis.

NO PETS PLEASE: All of our vacation rentals are privately owned. No pets are allowed on site at any of our rental properties. Thank you for leaving your pets at home.
