Welcome to our Champagne Lodge Condo! Welcoming natural night floods into this condo from the living room windows, giving you that warm feeling from the minute you step into this mountainside residence. As you enter, walk past the full kitchen, with everything you need for preparing the perfect meal, and into the cozy living space ahead. Furnished with plenty of comfy seating options, contributing to its rustic mountain charm, the living room provides guests with all of the comfort of home.
Just off the main living area are the three bedrooms. The primary bedroom, with king bed and ensuite bathroom, offers space to relax after a long day filled with family, friends, and mountain activities. A second bedroom, also with its own private bathroom, is furnished with a king bed. Finally, the third bedroom makes for the perfect place for kids. With its twin over full bunk bed, and bonus trundle bed, this room can comfortably sleep 3, or even 4 smaller children. This room would use the 3rd bathroom, which is located across the hallway.

Treat yourself to a multitude of options at Champagne Lodge nestled in the Aspen trees of the Rocky Mountains. Champagne Lodge offers two bedroom, two bedroom plus den, three bedroom and four bedroom residences. Every condominium is equipped with a fireplace, Wi-Fi, living area and a patio or deck. The building has limited indoor heated parking.

The condo was perfect, clean and well equipped. The property has a great location and amenities. The Thursday reception was so nice! Two pieces of feedback: the coffee pot in our condo was a bit wonky, leaked and didn’t work great. The split system in the king bedroom next to bunk bedroom didn’t work well.

This condo had everything we needed for our stay in Steamboat. They had high quality kitchen supplies with a pantry with the basics like spices, oil, etc. so we were able to make great use of the open kitchen for our family meals. The location is fantastic for those wanting walking distance to the ski hill and the covered parking is both secure and great for snowy months. Having three full bathrooms really made our stay comfortable.

Great unit! Very comfortable and great location. First floor made access to hot tubs very easy! Loved the ski lockers. The shuttle service was fantastic.

It was fabulous! The condo was just the right size for our two families. The pool and the hot tub were close by and was used nightly by my children. The shuttle made it easy to get to the slopes. We will return!
