Warmth and color are what this unique mountain condo provides its guests. Plenty of space in this 2 bedroom condo make for a great spot for the whole family. This lovely ground floor residence at Timberline Lodge has a charming presence, with thoughtful mountain inspired accents and colors, the living space is open and inviting, featuring gas fireplace, access to the private patio, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area.

The Master bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom, the second bedroom has two twin beds, which can also be set up as a king by request, and the second bathroom is located across the hall. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for additional bedding.

Other amenities include complimentary high-speed wireless internet, flat screen TV in and DVD player in the living room, and TVs in the bedrooms. There is also an in-condo washer and dryer, private ski-lockers, and private heated underground parking.

As part of the Trappeur's Crossing Resort, Timberline Lodge has use of all of the Trappeur's facilities including Amenity Center with computers and internet access, fitness center, 4 pools, 9 hot tubs and a sauna.

About Timberline Lodge

With a variety of condominium types, Timberline Lodge is centrally located with close proximity to the Trappeur’s Crossing Amenity Center. Timberline Lodge offers one bedroom, one bedroom plus den, two bedroom, two bedroom plus den, and four bedroom residences. Every condominium is equipped with a fireplace, Wi-Fi, living area and a patio or deck. The building has limited indoor heated parking.

Youth Sports Teams: This property has adopted a policy of not allowing sport teams and/or players to stay at their property. If you are visiting Steamboat for a youth sports tournament or event, such as Triple Crown, Mountain Soccer or Steamboat Classic Lacrosse, please choose another property. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Oversized Vehicles: Parking around the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort and our properties is always at a premium especially during the winter when city snow removal is an issue. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles such as recreational vehicles, trailers and boats. Vehicles of this kind at are not permitted at any of our rental properties and may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

NO PETS PLEASE: All of our vacation rentals are privately owned. No pets are allowed on site at any of our rental properties. Thank you for leaving your pets at home.
