This was an ideal unit for our group of 10. Everyone appreciated having their own bedroom and bathroom and the living and dining areas were spacious and well equipped. Our favorite feature was the large private back patio with hot tub and firepit.

Our family had a great stay! All staff members were pleasant, professional and responsive to our questions and requests. The unit was clean, well appointed, and met our needs to a tee. We had an issue with a noisy neighbor. Staff and manager promptly and thoroughly dealt with the problem.

OVERALL THE UNIT WAS GREAT, THERE IS A LIGHT IN THE KITCHEN THAT SEEMS TO HAVE A SHORT. FIREPLACE OPERATED BUT IT WAS HARD TO FIGURE OUT, TIMER AND CONTROLS NEED TO BE UPDATED. ONE ISSUE WITH A TOLET & THE ICE MAKER BUT MAINTENANCE FOLKS ADDRESSED IT QUICKLY (THANK YOU).

Amazing condo. We were a party of 10 adults and the condo accommodated us perfectly. We loved the outside patio with its fireplace and hot tub. Check in was a breeze and the facilities at the complex were great (especially the pickle ball courts!).

Simply Steamboat just like the name ...Our entire planned vacation was simple and easy…Beautiful furnished condo with 5 bedrooms and separate baths and with its private hot tub and outdoor fireplace and grill..with convenience to everything! We have been coming to Steamboat for the last 8 years and always stay in ski in ski out facilities...This year we had a large family group so we tried out Bear Lodge. Although, it wasn’t a ski in ski out...it met all our expectations... The shuttle service provided excellent and prompt service to and from the gondola square...Not sure we could’ve skied in or skied out any faster than they got here. Shuttle picked us up At Bear Lodge And dropped us right at the gondola Square, where we had easy access to our skis which we rented at Black Tie ski rentals… At the end of the day we dropped our skis back off at Black Tie and the shuttle was always waiting for us… We loved it and will definitely stay here again. In fact it may be the only place we stay!

We really enjoyed staying here as a group and was perfect for 6-10 people. This condo has a great living room space, great location in the city, the shuttle services were easy to use to get to the lift right down the rode, nearly everyone has their own bathroom and the hot tub is a nice addition right off the side of the condo! A couple items that I'd like to recommend to the owner would be to upgrade the beds. The beds are a spring mattress style. The hot tub gave us a bit of trouble on the third afternoon. The maintenance folks couldnt fix this and a specialist had to be called out which limited our hot tub time that Sunday night. Other than that, I would recommend this to others!

We had THE BEST of times at Steamboat. We've been doing ski trips for several years and it was our first time in Steamboat and we absolutely have a new favorite. Simply Steamboat provided us with BEYOND AMAZING service from day one when we decided to book our stay with them. The apartment we rented at the Bear Lodge had everything our big group of 8 adults and 5 children needed. Location was unbeatable. Service was as good. The free Shuttle was so convenient we never needed a car and with such a big group this is a super plus for us. Words cannot express how happy we are with our trip. We will be back FOR SURE. Nothing but wonderful this to say from Simply Steamboat and the Trappeurs Resort.

We stayed in this Bear Lodge accommodation for a week in September and found it nothing short of first-rate luxury. This condo can really make a large group comfortable - 5 spacious bedrooms, all with full baths, a huge dining table with enough chairs for the gang plus visitors, 2 (count them) large decks for enjoying the views and fresh air and the most wonderful, gigantic private hot tub complete with its own outdoor fireplace! For folks like us who like to cook-in, we found an unusually well-stocked kitchen, with stacks and stacks of dishes, Henckel knives, quality pots and pans, abundant glassware and even a bar area with a wine refrigerator. Additionally, Simply Steamboat's concierge service was top-notch. Not only did Mike personally greet us to welcome us and provide a thorough orientation of the unit, but he also assisted with local knowledge of hiking and biking trails, and shopping and dining options. The next day Sean checked in with us again to insure we were having a perfect experience....which, of course we were. From this ideal location we walked over to check-out the ski lodge and village and took in several scenic hikes along Fish Creek Falls and also the Yampa River. While this condo would undoubtedly be perfect for a ski vacation, we also thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this incredible time of year with Steamboat's mountains ablaze with golden aspens! What a great vacation and what a great place.
