This stunning 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom townhome with elevator is situated just 2 blocks from the gondola. Blackhawk's contemporary open interior is light, airy and perfect for your group to enjoy a simply unforgettable vacation together. Our townhome is a unique vacation experience in Steamboat Springs. Its interior of soft tones makes the space an oasis of calm, comfort and understated style, with all the modern conveniences you'd expect to make your stay as relaxing and pleasurable as possible. A heated driveway and entry leads to your private heated garage with plenty of storage for skis and other toys. There is also a ping pong table to keep everyone entertained. On the ground floor there is a large bedroom with a queen bed, a full/twin bunk bed and private bath. An oak and iron staircase takes you to the 2nd floor and the heart of the house - an open living and dining area with seating for 10, kitchen area and 2 private decks with a luxury private hot tub and gas BBQ grill. The large glass windows flood the area with light and compliment the spacious open layout. Under floor heating beneath stylish solid oak flooring keeps your toes toasty and the contemporary feature gas log fireplace adds warmth and ambiance. There are also haiku fans located throughout the house to add to your comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with a professional gas range and granite counter tops and is just perfect for entertaining or being entertained! You can also enjoy a classic arcade game located in the corner. A further Queen bedroom and Twin bedroom with a shared Jack n Jill bathroom are located on the top floor, and you'll also find the master King bedroom with its private bath with tub and separate shower, walk-in closet and fabulous views of the Yampa Valley. If after a day of experiencing the mountains (skiing, hiking, etc), you want to unwind, the unit is stocked with many classic DVD movies, board games (monopoly scrabble, yahtzee, apple to apple, cribbage, etc), and ping pong.
It goes without saying that a property of this caliber has its own in-unit washer/dryer, wireless internet access throughout the whole house, a flat screen TV with cable and CD player in 3 of the 4 bedrooms and the living area. Situated on Village Drive, 2 blocks from the gondola, Blackhawk's location makes it the perfect place to stay year round. It takes just 7 minutes to walk to Gondola Square and its restaurants or, if you prefer, hop on the local free bus which stops just outside the complex.

First class condo, great location just a couple of blocks from the base of Steamboat Mountain and the Grand Hotel, the host hotel for a wedding we were attending. Not average condo. Very nice, with extras we valued such as the private jacuzzi and gas grill. Lots of room, accommodating our family of seven well. Thank you!

We had a very enjoyable ladies weekend away at Blackhawk 13! The property is exactly as described and very clean. Relaxing decks, clean and functional hot tub and oh-so-comfy beds. Well-equipped kitchen with large refrigerator and awesome cooktop/oven. Easy drive to downtown and ride sharing services sucks as Uber are readily available. Communication with the owner was very good however communication with the property management company could be better. They were very accommodating but contradicted answers to questions regarding parking availability and extra passes. All was ultimately resolved and we all agree we would definitely rent again!

This three level townhouse perfectly met our family’s needs and so much more! We looked forward to relaxing in the evenings after an exerting day of skiing! Plenty of space for our group to enjoy around dinning table and finish the night off in the hot tub! We hope to stay again!

Highly recommend this townhouse and hope to be back! The property is new, well maintained, very clean. All details are provided for in the kitchen. Stayed with another couple and our children (4 adults, 6 children in all). Plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed use of the hot tub on the back deck, and the kids loved the old fashioned Pac-Man video game machine. There's even a ping pong table in the garage which could be fun. Walking distance to the Gondola (approx. one-quarter mile away). You can store your skis at the Gondola area however so walking was not difficult, even with children. The garage has boot warmers and place for all ski stuff.

Is there an option for more than 5 stars?! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here this past week. We can honestly say we had ZERO complaints. The heated garage? An AMAZINGLY unexpected touch. The elevator was perfect for when our sore legs couldn’t make it up the stairs and for sending bags/groceries up. The living room/kitchen area was big enough and definitely homey. We had everything we needed to feel right at home! We enjoyed drinking out of the owners vacation coffee mugs and seeing their photos! The gaming table? A HUGE HIT. We played PacMan more times than we could count. And also enjoyed the movie selection gave us many options to enjoy a night in! As far as the bedrooms go, we had more than enough space! Everything was clean and comfortable. We can honestly say that we did not want for anything! We chose this condo based on the hot tub, which we took advantage of, but ended up being SO PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. The location was perfect because it was so close to everything. We were able to walk to the gondola/lifts with no problem. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!

Main floor of the unit is a spacious open concept design with fully equipped kitchen, island, large dining area and comfortable great room. The hot tub is conviently located on the deck just off of the great room. The bedrooms were comfortable all of the bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels. Skis can be stored free near the gondola so the short walk to the gondola is not a problem. There is a large boot dryer in the heated garage, so boots and outer wear a dry in the morning. Best unit that we have stayed in yet, great value.

The townhouse was in a perfect part of Steamboat to be able to walk a bit to the base of the mountain for skiing, and then return home to a beautiful, cozy, warm house after a day out. The amenities, rooms, layout were ideal for our large group, and we especially loved the open floorpan of the second level for cooking and entertaining. The home has everything you could possibly need during your stay, and was pristine and well taken care of--we felt it had the advantages of a home and the amenities of a hotel. We absolutely loved our time here and plan to be back again!
