This condo has a private entrance and patio with 8 person private hot tub, fire pit for those chilly nights and a BBQ for dinners! It has been professionally decorated to showcase Steamboat's western heritage with high quality furnishings. Just steps from the tennis courts this unit is serviced by a complimentary on-demand winter shuttle, and with an abundance of amenities, this condo provides everything you could want for a simply great vacation. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with slab granite countertops, breakfast bar and rich wood cabinetry that allows any chef in your group to prepare a feast that can be enjoyed at the 6 person dining table. The dining room is next to the living area that has a gas fireplace to relax and enjoy the cool evenings. From the living room you can access the huge private patio where you can take a dip in the hot tub or grill out!

The bedrooms are located just beyond the living area. The master bedroom has ample space with a King bed and large en suite bathroom, which features dual vanities, beautifully tiled shower surround, and just the right amount of natural light. The other bedroom is furnished with a truly unique bedding arrangement. A custom built, lofted twin bed rests above a comfortable queen bed, providing space to sleep 3. This room shares a full bathroom with the rest of the condo. Both the bathrooms are stocked with Aveda bath products, warm robes and plush towels! All Aspen Lodge vacation rentals feature a central air chilling system at summer time.

Other amenities include complimentary high-speed wireless internet, an in-condo washer and dryer, and private heated underground parking. About Aspen Lodge

Enjoy upscale accommodations at Aspen Lodge with a variety of residences to choose from. Aspen Lodge offers two bedroom, three bedroom, three bedroom plus den and four bedroom residences. The building has central air chilling during the summer months and central heating during the winter months. Every condominium is equipped with a fireplace, one assigned parking space, Wi-Fi, living area and a patio or deck.

Youth Sports Teams: This property has adopted a policy of not allowing sport teams and/or players to stay at their property. If you are visiting Steamboat for a youth sports tournament or event, such as Triple Crown, Mountain Soccer or Steamboat Classic Lacrosse, please choose another property. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Oversized Vehicles: Parking around the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort and our properties is always at a premium especially during the winter when city snow removal is an issue. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles such as recreational vehicles, trailers and boats. Vehicles of this kind at are not permitted at any of our rental properties and may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

NO PETS PLEASE: All of our vacation rentals are privately owned. No pets are allowed on site at any of our rental properties. Thank you for leaving your pets at home.
